Thank you Sushma for your clear instructions and excellent tips. It came out fantastic, infact just finished a batch now and having some buttered pav with chai 😄. I’m Down Under and used Lowan’s Instant Yeast , baked the pav at 190C for 18 mins. Came out perfect. The bread structure is really good, it doesn’t taste doughy or heavy . I’m looking forward to trying some of your other recipes. Wishing you a Happy New Year 2022 !
