Maida 600 gms (4 Cups) 2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil+1/2 tbsp oil 1 tsp instant yeast Sugar 2 tbsp Water 1/2 cup lukewarm +1/2 cup warm water+3/4 cup warm water +1/4 tsp oil +1/2tsp water spread
Just awesome recipe, for the first time i was able to make an exact bakery style pav. Thankyou sooo much.

I left Mumbai in 1999 and have been searching for an authentic pav recipe for the last 20+ years. While I doubt the pav walas brushed their pavs with milk or butter (maybe they used refined oil), I can safely say that this recipe is the closest match to what I saw and ate in Mumbai as a kid. Thank you so much for this recipe.

No sir, everyone is misisng Mumbai pav in US. Ingredients are different there. I am actively looking for this recipe because I have the same craving. You dont get this pav anywhere.

I tried your recipe ….after 1 st proofing my dough wasn’t fermented like your video but has double …..and after 2 nd proofing was just like your video ….final product was out of this world I can’t send picture here but if you have email I can send you picture …..thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏🙏
