Doing this until January 1st! Day 1:✅ easier than i expected, but still a little bit sore Day 2: ✅ woke up extremely sore, my legs hurt so much but finished the excercise Day 3: ✅ really easy to do, no visible weight reduction in my thighs Day 4: ✅getting really easy, i see a slight reduction in my thighs

It depends since I do other excercises including this one, but I've lost about a kilogram or so. It also depends when you weigh it- what you're wearing, if you already used the bathroom, and other factors that can take account into this. I'd say if you do this excercise as a warm-up and more intense core workouts(I recommend the Le Serrafim workout--> i do that for a flat stomach and to build my abs)and stick to a healthy diet you could easily lose a few pounds each day. @@Felix_Brownie62

@@miubolg For breakfast I eat an apple/banana or like a bowl of fruit. For lunch I eat chicken and a salad dressing(can be whatever you want but I get the one with no dairy). And for dinner I just drink more water and if I'm still hungry I'll have salads, fruit, or chicken. *Make sure to drink water with every meal or between meals- try not to snack"

Doing this everyday til August 28th! Day 1: ✅Soo hard i was so sore and could barley walk after Day 2: ✅Ok it actually kinda got easier but still sore Day 3: ✅ Getting prettier easier, i see my thighs reduced in weight the slightest bit Day 4: ✅ It was actual really simple today, im very proud of myself and i see a small difference!!! Day 5: ✅ The inner thigh lifts were difficult for me today, but i definitely see a change!! Day 6: ✅ Wow im actually extremely proud of myself. I did this as a joke but im actually seeing change! I cant belive its been a week almost. Day 7:✅ When it came to the floor part i almost gave up it was soo hard for me idk why 😭But yeah i can see a change!!!! Eek im so excited for whats to come on monday!! Day 8: ✅ Pretty simple, Honestly the same as day 7! From now on i’ll just say if i did it or not and in the end the results! day 1: ✅ for me is very feasible, i did it without problems, i started with 55cm (thigh) and 30 cm (ankle) day 2:✅ did it again, i feel a few tired but not too much, 53cm (thigh) 29cm (ankle) to eye already known differences day 3: ✅ feel good, not too much tired, i started also another workout to lose fat on the legs but i prefer more this, i noticed more results compared to yesterday, omg i'm so happy 48cm (thigh) and 28cm (ankle) day 4:

I’m doing Shyrlin’s weight loss plan😄 Today it’s the third day!!! The third day is very relaxing!!! During the 2 day I was dyiiing🥲 I’m doing my wl journey about 3 months already!!! And my start weight was 67,5/68 kg now my weight is 64,7 I would say I just lost the water! But there is still a long way to go!!! My goal weight is 50/55kg btw! Doing this for 2 weeks or more ( 14 years 160 cm 60 kg ) ( i'm also doing a workout for the waist) Day 1 24/12/2023 : it was easier than i expected but i did sweat a bit . I love that she put motivation in the vid . Day 2: I was realy tired but i still did it 😊 Day 3:it's much easier and i kind-of enjoyed it idk why but it was fun! Day 4: my legs hurt ! Day 5: done Day 6: I can see some difference in my thighs. Day 7: I did it for 1 week and i lost 3 kg 1 week done Day 8:i forgot to update srry but i did it Day 9: done Day 10:done Day 11:done Day 12: done Day 13: i did it but the butterfly strech i just can't do it idk why Day 14: i did it for 2 weeks and wowww i lost 6 kilo in total and my thighs are realy slim i will keep doing it because i realy like the workout

@@zarwa2503 yes u have to have a good diet or else this will not work only eat protein if u want to gain muscle eat like salads or healthy dinners and drink a lot of water and buy low carb bread I have sticked to a very good diet recently 11 days without crisps chips takeaway chocolate McDonald’s almost everything everything is possible if u put ur head to it

Trying to do twice a day for a week will update: Day 1:✅✅ completed twice and only felt a little burn Day 2:✅ could only do once as i was quite busy but did feel a burn today Day 3:✅ only done one so far but will be doing another later on Day 4: Day:5 Day 6: Day 7: Remind me please No diet and only having walking that revolves around walking to and from school and out and a bout slightly and i play football

I'm on a bit of an exercise high rn and mentally telling myself the fourth video in a row can wait 😅 This was great and definitely looking to get toned legs and a thigh gap as I lose weight, my legs just haven't been as strong since getting rods in them, so cheers to getting that strength back 🥂
