    God has provided various remedies. This part of the world we cannot get easily oregono and thyme also expensive. But we are rich in tulsi, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, seeds etc. select few of what you can afford and begin using them. Otherwise it can be overwhelming experience and one cannot sustain.     The intolerant food items give this problem. I avoid milk products. Cumin seeds, mint leaves, betel leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, Melissa officinalis, percil all of them good for this problem. Boiled one of those plants drinking every day clear the throat mucus.
