as some ones suggestion i started following intermittent fasting following intermittent fasting means you have to stay empty stomach more than usual for me 12 hour from dinner to having breakfast i can tolerate but more than that the horrible burps in empty stomach 😣😣 as a healthy option i started having overnight soaked oats consisting milk 1tbs of chia seeds peanut butter cinnamon powder and some dates definitely it keep me full for longer time but this is fiber rich diet again the reflux is unimaginable and burps are countless and this reflux trigger me panic attack two many sleepless night with rib cage pain i feel totally helpless 😭
