1 Herb CLEARS UP Mucus & Phlegm in Sinus, Chest, and Lungs | Dr. Mandell

Many people consider eucalyptus oil the best essential oil for chest congestion. It is famous for treating symptoms of cold and flu, with eucalyptol being one of the key ingredients in many over-the-counter medications. Eucalyptus also helps to loosen mucus buildup, allowing it to be expelled from the body.

Eucalyptus removes mucus and phlegm throughout the respiratory system. It works as a mucalytic thinning out the mucus so your body can excrete it. You will breathe much easier and feel so much better. 😊 Respiratory conditions such as asthma and sinusitis may be helped by inhaling steam with added eucalyptus oil. The oil reacts with mucous membranes, not only reducing mucus but helping loosen it so that you can cough it up. It's also possible that eucalyptus blocks asthma symptoms. ‘Healthline’

@@janetvazquez-dorta2041 Another method for relieving congestion and other respiratory problems involves boiling eucalyptus leaves in a tightly covered pot filled with water then removing the pot from heat to inhale the vapors. The plant's oil can be mixed with warm water to create a mouth rinse that helps alleviate sore throats.

Truly amazing info! I have been battling a lung infection 9 weeks. Due to my BP diastolic rising as high as 116 at times..My doc couldn't prescribe any prednisone nor other meds to combat it since it wasn't bacterial anymore. Began as a sore throat quickly advanced to bronchitis, then Pneumonia. Past smoker over 10 years ago, I reached out to your channel and within 24 hours of purchasing a steam vicks sinus machine, my lungs have greatly improved as my BP went from 154/107 down to a steady 128/89. I can't thank you enough for your incredible videos and insightful information. A game changer beyond anything I thought was possible!!! Thank you so much!

I wanted to share these scriptures with you today. Genesis 1:29-31 KJV. And God said, Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepers upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he made, and behold it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. God has given and blessed us so much. May we all be very grateful, appreciative, and thankful. I know I am and I personally give him all the honor, glory and praise for it. Lifting everyone up in prayer. 😤 ❤ 😍 🫂 🤗 🙌 🙏

I'm willing to try anything at this point. Going to put it in small diffusser because large one is too much! I never cough anything up, but I feel it! It finally hit me what I haven't been doing & what helped, irrigation! I just order my items for it because I've been feeling terrible! Hopefully with the irrigation & the oil no more sinus infection! Thanks for always caring & sharing! Have a great day! God bless You always for being a blessing to others! Much Love to You & Yours Always! 😷😷😷😷😇😇😇😇💜💜💜💜

When we were child , granny did for us. It always worked. But for dry cough it is helpful to eat rice and potato and macaroni with milk to build mucus and ease the dry cough when doing that.

Just put eucalyptus oil in a mini diffuser and as soon as I opeded the bottle, my breathing became easier. I put drops of eucalyptus oil and camphor into a jar of Vicks Vaporub or the inexpensive dollar store dupe. Mix it up well and apply yo chest, soles of feet for relief of cols symptoms. This ointment with the addition of mint oil, is also useful to apply to joints for relief of pain.
