I didn't know you had little ones too! I've got a 6 and 2 years-the 6 year likes to see me work on locks, and loves getting to turn the keys (I haven't let her try picking yet-not sure what's the right age, especially afraid of her going to school and saying, "daddy picks locks and lets me pick them too!" lol.) And class act Panda-Frog!! Bravo!

Haha! I bought my oldest a Latch Board when she was 1 and she learned how to latch and unlatch a variety of them. From there she'd study me and she came up to me the other day and she's 3 now and she picked up my keys I had laid out for a video and said.. "This is a Kwikset! This one is a Schlage and this one is a Master Lock!". I was honestly shocked. My youngest is 2 but, they are ahead of their time here lol... they both can identify the right key on the keychain for each lock on the house, shop and padlocks. My oldest sees me picking and asked to try, she actually got a Kwikset knob open lol. They are my tiny apprentices. But, I teach them to use their powers for good... I ponder that question too, but I figure if I am gone tomorrow, I might as well teach them a valuable skill! Most skills can be used for good or evil, but they are super polite and stick to the rules more than I do sometimes haha It's up there on a list of life skills they will be learning as they grow up...like changing a tire, car battery, oil lol Panda-Frog is definitely a super hero to my kids right now haha

Got to love those little ones, they love what mom and dad love and will repeat everything whether good or bad, my 17 year old son the youngest recorded himself picking open a padlock and sent it to his girlfriend who thought it was neat, my older 2 girls are just like whatever dad

Haha! Yeah, my two are like little copy cats of me. Especially my youngest, she copies me step for step sometimes just walking. After I record some videos and they are here they will come in and pretend they are making a video lol One day I was clearing out the office and I looked over and they were both sitting there pretending to talk to KZread about how keys work in knobs haha
