It's mind blowing haha...today the channel is 4 months and 1 day old, so it's wild to see so many subscribers!

“This is a lock… and this is a little lighter” made me laugh out loud at 6:30am. Thanks for that 😂

It says 498 right now... excited to see it roll over! Your combo professional and sporting viewpoint has been really informative. Love the positive attitude and egolessness! I like the plastic and aluminum locks because they are light, which is nice for keeping the collection from getting too heavy. I think (but do not know for a fact) that the Master 410 LOTOs are plastic (as are Paclock PL410-PROs, etc) because they essentially function as zipties with authentication. They want to either have the lock owner remove it with a key, or have someone else remove it with common tools, but not have a non-owner remove it intact. This way they can remove the lock quickly in an emergency, but it's not on the owner if it turns out to be a bad idea.

Yeah, it's been crazy to watch the number keep climbing! I am glad the majority of viewers have been receptive and positive to the channel! From a hobby standpoint, the Loto 410 is insanely light, you could pick it all day until your hand cramps haha It's just hilarious that if their intent was to have it easily removed... why put your best core in that specific lock? That's the funniest part about it. Master Lock has always taken the approach of making the lock LOOK intimidating and not focusing on the core. It makes sense as statistically almost nobody picks locks to break into them. But, then they go against that philosophy with this! All they have to do is put this core in all their locks and they instantly gain credibility! Just mind blowing trying to understand their logic with this one lol

Masterlock 911, 931, and pro series padlocks also have a similar (but different) cores that are also more challenging to pick then the average masterlock Launching my TOK wrench across the room when trying to pick an 1100? Nahhhh I've never done that....... 🤥 Nice video buddy, and grats on incomming 500 well deserved :)

Yeah, at Lock Shop's you'll mostly only see basic #3's and LOTO's, that's kind of what I meant there lol Those ones just don't sell in shops as frequently, so most never stock them. Launching tension tools is a myth!!! Thank you! I really do appreciate it, it's crazy how far the channel has come... this is my 100th video and I am almost to 500 subs a day after my channels 4 month anniversary haha!

"This is a little lighter..." Should have seen it coming-but still loved it!! Also, thanks for the tip about the TOK on the 1100-I've got one I've been working on (no where close yet!) but I'll definitely keep that in mind.

The Master 410 lotos come in 4 different keyways as far as I know. The 401 which you showed, then there is the 410, 411 and 400B keyways.

Yeah, I meant to write the 410 model as that's the most asked about for some reason. That's my bad! I noticed that after the fact lol

I've seen people make 3D printed bodies and just transfer over the internals. A friend from the US sent me 4 of them and they work great👌
