I am so grateful to you, my friend, for this generous support for the channel. I am so glad that BDP has been working for you. With 9 months of training under your belt, it sounds like your training practice is already in excellent shape. Still, should you ever want to work with me one to one, do reach out at busydadtraining@gmail.com. Once again, thank you so much for your support, my man.

I started BDT in late February of this year, managed 40 Navy's and 60 6-counts in my first workouts. Now I'm in the 110-120 range in Navy's and 210-220 with 6 counts. I turned 60 last week and my daughter gave me the coveted blue level 2 shirt for Christmas. 2024 will be the year for level 3 in both. Thanks again for leading the way, Max.

An absolute pleasure, my man. Those numbers are impressive for any age, but extremely impressive for someone who just turned 60. Keep up the excellent work, my friend. You've had an incredible year of training, by the sounds of it. Level 3 and beyond are waiting for you next year.

Just had my ass handed to me by this session. I came into it thinking I'd cruise through because I completed 200 6 counts in 20 minutes with relative ease two days ago. How wrong I was! I battled with these 65 Navy Seals, and just about made it through though with decent form. A valuable lesson in mental fortitude and humility. I'm determined to get fit/strong enough to finish this workout with power left in the bank. What an achievement that'll be. I've done burpees here and there but never actually committed to putting in consistent BDP sessions. Time to do that and see where i get. Then I'll reply to this comment. Thank you Max for your commitment and positive attitude.

So here is my results from 2023. I found this channel in august after months of doing various sets of pushups, situps, squats etc. I was kind of drifting plan less along with no goals other than ”getting better”. I tried the Busy Dad Program and started the journey september 1st doing a maximum effort of 30 seals. It was my intention to do the program through out the year and then evaluate. And here we are. Just finished my last session of the year doing a new PR of 65 seals. My strength and form has improved and I can see results in the mirror. I will continue this program and my new goal is to see what a whole year will do to my health and apperance. Thank you Max for your support. Happy new year Busy Dads.

I’ve been on the program since spring ‘23 and it has positively transformed my physique and well being. I’d like to suggest an idea a fellow practitioner and I had to possibly boost performance. We’re both at the threshold of level 2 and are trying to break a plateau. The idea is that you do as many reps in one session to achieve a goal, looking at the time only once the goal is achieved. If the 20 minute limit has been exceeding in so doing, any minutes past 20 are then deducted from the next session. This can be repeated until the goal can be achieved within a single 20 minute session. There is an additional motivational aspect to this, such that you can look forward to the next session being possibly a little shorter if you have to exceed the 20 minutes.

Bit off more than I could chew today.. hit a PR of 155 6 counts yesterday, thought I could hit 65 10s today but alas, dead at 50. Still happy though, session in the bank, good sweat on, and the knowledge I need to work on my 10s lol

Boom. Returned to this today after hitting a PR of 64 on Monday. Usually my second pair of 20 min sessions are worse than my first, so I was still happy with 64 for this week.. tried this as a "see how it goes" and absolutely smashed it. 65 in the bank, lower heart rate during it.. 3 weeks ago this killed me at 50, today I made it. Happy days 🙂. Keep up the great work as always Max. This training is pure gold.

Another 40 minutes in the bank, bringing me to 80 minutes 💪 I’m a very busy dad this weekend so I had to do this double session, again sweating hard but remarkably my breathing is ok, I’m not absolutely knackered. Great system Brother, love the block format. See you Monday for 6 counts 💪👊

Today for the first time I could not manage to follow your count on 115 navy seals, maybe because I didn't recover properly from burpees muscleups the day before yesterday, or maybe because I did this session on the hard ground stone. But that teaches me something. Fast always I do Burpees on soft ground - street workout places with soft gummy ground. But this time in order to avoid injury on stone ground I had to tighten my forearm muscles a little bit more than I used to do on soft surfaces and my energy didn't last. What I learned - the burpee practice teach you to distribute your energy always in the maximum right way. You always have to be on watch not to loose every bit of it in order to survive the session. But if your mind is analytically developed you can apply this knowledge to the other parts of your life - to distribute your energy the right way.

I am looking to utilize the Mass Building Program. When you say 40sec are you saying, perform for 40sec and then rest the remaining 20sec before starting again? I began the BDT just after Thanksgiving. I'm up to 55 Navy Seals and 130 6-counts! Love the simplicity of this program, how it works the entire body, and how manageable it is with two kids three and under.
