    "let`s start with something weird" - "squeeze all muscles" . it`s a nice practice, i did it by myself and feel inspired that you motivated to do this also. its could see weird from aside, nut when you trying to "feel" body - that becomes clearly

    Love this routine - it doesn't exclude- no crazy to achieve maneuvers , slowly limbers you up and most people will likely be able to follow it .....deceptively effective 😊

    I have found that as I moved more into daily exercise and cleaning up my eating habits my attitude improved my daily mood over the last 3 years and things have simply gotten way too easy. My daily goals now revolve around nutritional eating instead of gluttonous junk food face stuffing and plenty of fresh air and exercise. Everyday without fail.

    I've had really good results with cold showers. It helps with low energy/fatigue/better mood. Just turn water on to coldest and jump in.

    Amazing advices thank you bro I want to know how can i arrange between workout out that takes three days of my time throughout the week and stretching ? Frankly i want to strech twice per week outside the working out days for more strength and focus but i dont know how could i spread them through the week . May you give me an advice ?

    I lifted my 65lb dog with a scoop like motion with my arms from a squat position as a joke. It felt so good 😅 I did twice cause for some reason I got a boost from it
