I'll try them all. I'm going to start with the shoulder roll. I'm a distance runner and several times a year I stub a foot on cracks or rocks. This sends me into short a Superman flight. Hopefully doing shoulder rolls will result in more graceful impacts. Thank you guys!

Man I used to be able to do all this stuff well into my 20s. I danced and did gymnastics as a kid. I had a rollover car accident when I was 34. At the time I was running 1/2 marathons. My neck and back have never been the same and at 47 I’m probably the most sedentary I’ve ever been and I’m feeling all that stuff catching up to me. Thank you, Gentlemen, for reminding me of what those movements and postures feel like. You make me wanna find that person again. ❤

You guys have changed my whole way of thinking about my body and fitness! My goals for 2023 are to dive deeper into what my body is capable of. Handstands, muscle ups, bridge rotations, and deadlifts are at the top of my list! Doing MSN and having Trevor coach me has been so rewarding in my journey these past 3 months. I can't wait to see what is in store for me for this new year! You guys ROCK!!!

Whoof! You guys are ANIMALS! It is SO inspiring to watch the fluency and integrity of your movement abilities! Thank you so much for your encouragement... I could not do a single one of these (for the time being)... especially due to not being able to bear weight on my bent wrists, and grip. ... um... and shoulders... and back. HOWEVER... I am working with your daily stretching routine and already feel improvements! SO grateful! Thanks for the inspiration and guidance! Keep 'em comin', please!

Great exercises, great moves. Just found you. A year ago at 59, I decided to do the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training and now I want to take on more exercises that will afford me more flexibility and strength. Balance is also very important as we grow older, do you have any videos on balancing exercises? Would appreciate some pointers. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

7 months ago I had a herniated L5-S1 disc for which I had to be hospitalized, since then I have not been able to lift weights and your videos have helped me a lot in rehabilitation. I have done deadlifts and barbell squats all my life, but I think they are not very healthy for the vertebrae, they exert a lot of compression on them. I did both heavy exercises, with impeccable technique, and although my back was very strong, I injured myself, because the vertebral discs dry out and wear out with age even though the muscles are strong. Even to my regret, I don't think I'll do them again, I'll replace them with others, I don't think they're very healthy for our vertebral discs...great canal and great advice, keep it up, congratulations.

I've watched and enjoyed many of your vids. I'm retired and I'll turn 67 this year. I go to the gym 3-4 x per week, play golf, pickleball and water volleyball almost every day. I consider myself in good shape but have a slap tear on my left shoulder labrum, MCL inflammation left knee, scoliosis in thoracic region of my back, deteriorating disc disease L2-S4, and all those fun aches and pains that go with getting older. I used to hang, but ended up in the ER with severe back pain. My shoulders would be trashed if I tried some of those moves. All that being said, I try to remain strong and flexible. Thanks for ideas on staying fit as I age.

I still can't touch the ground at first attempt, but now its much easier. hanstand took me at least 5 years, I still can't get always a good hanstand. I've unicycled for about 4 years now, but winter season pretty much puts that on hold. Goal for now is to do pull/chip ups. Never done single one. I know It's partly because I can't get yet "aha!" moment with technique. Until that, I just hang there and doing passive/active hanging/slowly dropping down. Also, bought rings, as for those, static hold still creates bit of pressure in sternum area, but that has also gotten better. Maybe part of technique issue, partly lack of strength, dunno. Also, I placed chin-up bar and rings in my room frame so It's easy just to hang there or something when in coffee break or something. Good video BTW!

Okay, progress with rings; sternum pain is now lessened enough and I can actually do halfway dips now with ring, dropping down slowly. One of best feelings when progress is happening! :)
