Oh my God thank you so much. I’ve been having issues with my shoulder for a couple of months and by just seeing and doing your video once has really improved and relieved some is the pain. I’m looking forward is doing these exercises every day. Amazing!!! Thank you again❤

Hello Andi, Doing this six simple exercise with you, I realise how much pain I had in my shoulder. Usually when I write, using computer or doing household chores, the arms are always in front. So when I rotated, or did half/full circle, I had pain. I understood, I need to do this shoulder rotation for flexibility. Thanks for showing this 6 exercise to help improve shoulder range of motion. My physical therapists taught me that the exercises that require moving the arms over your head can be more easily done by lying on your back. This makes gravity work with you and not against you.
