@E3Rehab: My right hand external, internal, flexion and abduction is not happening like my left arm. Can it be cured with exercise? I am very stressed due to this problem. Please help me. Also I feel weakness in my right arm.

What if you're a sprinter? I'm fast, but my arm range of motion isn't as good, in order for me to apply more power off the ground. For example, if look at a picture of Carl Lewis or Tyson Gay.. they have full range of motion in their sprint form. I'd like my arm range of motion to be equally as good. Do you know of any exercises I could do please??

I have playlist with over 100 shoulder mobility videos. I just deleted the playlist; this video is better than all of them put together.
This is just amazing. Would love to see similar videos for hips and ankles
I have spent months trawling through You Tube videos trying to find exercises to help my shoulder injury. Here and there you find one or two exercises, but this is a complete programme. Easy to follow levels for everyone. This is seriously the best thing I have ever watched. I am diligently following along and progressing through the levels. My mental health was really suffering but after finding this I can honestly say YOU have shone a little light at the end of the tunnel. Sincerely thank you so so much😇
Thank you for this helpful video. I have been looking for something like that for months. Things that I thought were helpful were assessment, various levels of difficulty, and specific exercises for each type of rotation. Thank you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After 3 years of surgery and rehab, this is THE best rehab video I’ve seen. TY!
Brilliant work ! Comprehensive and very well put together. Thanks a million.
There are no words to express how grateful I am to have found this channel at all. I have calcific tendonitis and shoulder impingement. There has been no improvement for over three months. Visits at the a physiotherapist did not help. Zero. The injection only saved me from severe pain for 4 weeks. I was advised to have surgery. No rehabilitator or physiotherapist who is paid a lot of money will advise you on what this video contains. Bravo and many thanks. For examples, details, tips. After spending a few months searching on the Internet, I haven't found anything better on the Internet. After a week of exercises using this video, I feel an improvement in shoulder rotation and much less pain by about 50%!!! Finally, I can SLEEP and don't suffer. Incredible! Thanks again, and you can't imagine how MUCH you help people. I am so lucky to have found your channel. Thank you very much! You are my lifesaver!!♥♥♥
Maybe the best video on shoulder health I’ve ever watched. Bravo my friend you’ve raised my bar for video quality thank you 🎉❤
THIS IS GOLD!!! I paid for a Flexibility/Mobility toolkit and it’s all here for FREE! Thank you for your work!
This is exactly what I was looking for!! I have been doing Ashtangayoga for about 6 months and I am learning that my body has some needs, especially in the shoulder and back. This video with exercises will be so helpful for me. I can't wait to start!
As always...excellent content. I have double total shoulder replacements (sports injuries and arthritis) and these will be extremely valuable to me. Thanks so much.
One of the very best videos I have seen on this important topic. I'm in my seventies, vegan, and in pretty decent shape. I have a few range of motion issues, but will employ all of these stretches and exercises. I'm confident I'll see some significant improvement within a few months. Thanks for posting this!
Amazing video thank you!
Brother i have been digging content left and right but never seen more complete, straight to the subject and better one ever. Best content ever!

Simply Awesome
Shoulder painful with limited range of motion from broken elbow AKA olecranon 11 weeks ago. Bone is healed but shoulder is not functioning properly making it painful to do hair and to sleep soundly. Finally decided today I need to focus on my shoulder. My hand and fingers still swell with the inability to write. Flexion, extension, supination, and pronation are all decreased significantly. I hope this video helps!😢
Damn man you deserve to be showered in gold for this video
Excellent video. Thank you for sharing such wonderful exercises which will help soo many people. God bless you ❤
Thanks, this was a very informative video and just what I needed to know to address my internal shoulder rotation.

Good stuff!! Comprehensive.
I'm so glad to have found this video!...2 1/2 years ago I separated my left shoulder and had previously torn the rotator cuff group on the same shoulder. My range of motion is not good as is the strength of the shoulder. I've started working out again and really need to focus on my shoulders so this video is timely!...Thank you for your very well-done instructional video!

Really helpful! Thanks!
I appreciate this video tremendously!!! how did this pop on my suggestion list just when i needed it?! ♥️💯
great info, well explained !
My shoulder external and internal rotation is very bad from staphylococcus infection when I was a kid, I’m definitely giving these exercises a try, my arm is actually 20mm shorter then the other from not using it properly
Another great and useful content. Thank you and greetings from Brazil.
Great stuff. I was looking that for ages
thank you fo this great video
I got labrum surgery in November and have been tight since I’m gonna try this
it's nice when people create a video that can help others
Thank you for this. The flexion, I didn't know the name before, of my left shoulder prevents me from doing overhead presses without a lot of back contortions. I shall try these workouts. KZread is a wonderful resource for workout stuff.
Excellent!!
Amazing video, so much effort put into it. I've had a shoulder injury and never actually fully recovered external rotation, I'll try with these excercises!

After 2 years of without dislocations ,it happened again(I refused to do the surgery) ,im planing new programs to cover my weak points and your videos are very helpful l,thanks a lot
Man this was a great breakdown!
Thank you for this insightful information. I have always been puzzled why I am unable to get my elbows against the wall when trying to do "wall angels". I'll try some of your suggested stretches. 👍
Awesome video bro, this is a gem
Brilliant!
Excellent video
Lovely demos. Quick and understandable to visualize progressions. Thanks
Thanks more great benefit
great video!
that was helpful thankyou
I have experienced incremental improvements in strength and range of motion will continue to put in the effort
Hey, thanks so much! Would those exercises also be good as a mobility exercise before workout?
Very comprehensive overview! I was wondering if a particular range of motion less than the considered normal range of motion is correlated with an increased risk of injury?
Nice channel. Thanks for the videos.
super video 🎉🎉🎉
thanks for the video😎👏
Excellent tutorial and content! Thank you!
