That was effectively challenging for my brain 😊
I love this one! The brain challenges make it never boring. I just have one difficulty--my arthritis starts hurting if I repeat the same move for more than 30 or 40 seconds. Of course I can stop a move and march in place when that happens, but since Silver Sneakers is so helpful to older people I wanted to mention it. Maybe it happens to other people too.

Almost ready to start my daily Silver Sneakers classes again now that gardening season is just about over. These classes and an hour walk on my treadmill daily, get me thru the Winter and early Spring and ready for gardening.
