I love David Jack's workout's they have helped a lot with my balance and is helping me to be stronger in my 60's. I have been doing the 10 minute one and will for sure do this one too. He also encourages you to go at your pace. Thank you David and Silver Sneakers
Started doing this this morning. Like this, helps my thighs and legs.
Great workout David! I've cheated a little by reducing the speed of the playback to 75%. But it's more then 60 years since my army boot camp and today I'm also a parkinsonian. I will repeat your video until I'll do it at your speed.

This guy is terrific, low impact but lots of sweating. Just walked 3 miles and then did this workout at 73 young years, you can do this!!
Many of us elderly can do standing exercises IF THEY ARE SLOWER--lots slower. Sometimes it's essential to have a sturdy chair or doorway there to lean against or grab if we suddenly feel off balance. It helps keep hips and leg bones strong if we can STAND--even if we can only work half our body at a time! Really enjoyable instructor--he's friendly with great, perceptive attitude. So important to include men--instructor & participants!!

Looking at the comments, I see that the people who enjoy this workout will repeat it. We do too. We haven’t gotten tired of this one. It’s great to get inspired to move and to engage with fitness regularly. The micro burst of exercise actually can improve fatigue.
I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now. I really enjoy doing this every morning.

Don’t yet qualify for official membership in SS, but since I’m recuperating from massive injuries, this has become my morning cardio routine. We’re all so lucky to have SS!

Really enjoy the 30 minute weights and the 20 minute exercise by David Jack. Since March I have been doing them. Since i am staying away from gym I use his work outs. I am 84 and have to be careful with the virus.

I really enjoyed the pace and instructor.
That was FUN! Perfect early morning cardio warm up for the day, with easy steps and do-able progressions. Nice amount of ‘motivational talk, David. I might just take up that challenge and video myself. Stage 4 COVID isolation in Melbourne at the moment is the toughest in the world I hear. Fun is crucial! As for the silver sneakers, is it OK if I stay brunette for a few decades;-)

This is a good little routine, but honestly, it's sexist and offensive (to me) to call a grown woman "my girl," especially when you call the man "my man." Why not call women, women!? Geesh.
If the person in the orange shorts is your "man," why is the other person your "girl"? They look about the same age. Love SilverSneakers but wanting you to avoid sexist, demeaning language in your videos.
I almost missed this good workout because you introduced your sidekicks as a girl and a man. How sexist is that? How about a woman and a man?
