I have been doing 2 sets of these every evening! I started out doing one and realized I could go further. I used to go out in the cold and walk around our apartment building. This incorporates upper body and more leg moves that I can personalize to fit my goals. This really makes me feel great. Thank you!
Love this exercise. I did about 12 minutes. 1,078 steps, 3 cardio minutes, 7 fat burn minutes, and 125 calories burned. Who needs a treadmill? I also saved it for later. Thank you SilverSneakers!

66 is nothing im 63 and walking for miles , dont confuse yourself , at 66 you could run cross country easy...
Even do whatever you can yo move along. Keep walking everyone!

Good video! I achieved 1100 steps, and I was not pushing it (on purpose). I will use this as a supplement, for extra steps, along with Andi's "mountain" 1000 steps in 10 minutes video. Thanks for an excellent overall program.
