    I am all confused about right and left arm :/ You say right arm but I see it as left arm. I am having a hard time with the second part of the move because of that :(

    I understand.I am mirroring so when i say right, its my personal left. Try and copy my movements first. Learning process is form (mechanics first) then flow, then integrating flow and breath. I am here for more questions. 🙏❤

    You say organs but then put your hands over your heart center and not your actual heart?
