    The best order would be the way they were released. Metal, water, wood, fire and earth. This is the harmonizing order. You can start at any point and then use this order. 😊. There will be a couple more videos integrating all five elements coming out. 🙏❤️

    thank you! i came from a place of intense weighttraining for 11 years my shoulder, knee, ankle and even hip was affected badly by my lack of inner connection and the intensions i was pushing with back then. i stopped 4 years ago and have recently found qigong! this is exactly what my body gets the right message from and what seems to be able to reprogram/restructure these messages i harmed by body with :-) (not saying weightlifting is bad per say, just that my eagerness with it put me in a very bad spot as the years passed. this is the strenght all of me can accept :D

    Welcome. I used to do a lot of weightlifting before as well. Can create imbalance. Qigong has been an amazing help for me. No when I do pick up weights, I use qigong principles mindfulness and breathing. I can now receive my bodies guidance to prevent the unbalancing effects. I am grateful to meet you on our journeys! 🙏❤️

    I nearly fell asleep stood up I felt that relaxed when I was standing wobbling like a tree, I do this on a regular basis and only discovered tai chi and slow breathing this year I love it now.

    Love the 5 elements exercises. Thank you. I notice when I get to the last element Earth that my kidneys in back get real sore and achy. When I stop at the end it eventually subsides mostly. I also get real warm almost sweating. I guess some energy is realky moving around. Is it all right to practice the 5 every day or just when I feel I need it? Lately it feels like I could use this every day. 🤣

    Thank you for sharing and your question. You are definitely moving energy well and releasing. It’s usually uncomfortable. I do usually do all 5 together. You can find the videos with combined flows here as well. You can do them daily, especially when you feel you need it. 🙏❤️

    Yes you can. Instead of focusing on connecting to the earth through your feet, focus on your 1st chakra. 😊🙏

    Its kind of confusing when you say rub the left side but you're doing the right side. I know where the spleen ans stomach are, but if you don't you'll end up doing the right side. Don't assume the "mirroring" technique works for everyone. But Iove your vids!
