    Thank you. Each flow has varying names depending on the intention of the practice or origins. For this practice i intended to keep the focus on the element or specific organs.     Thank you for your questions. I was guiding abdominal breathing. But you are welcome to explore each movement with different breathing styles. You can create different experiences. Reverse breathing tends to be more accumulating than releasing for me. 🙏❤️ Happy practicing! ✨🙏✨
