I’ve just started doing this before bedtime and know I’ve got a lot of tension in my gut. Last night, it was 30 minutes after going to bed when all of a sudden I felt a wave wash over me and the saliva build up in my mouth.

Tapping on my temporal side, especially on the left side, with your explanations, i started crying, and it's just painful. I did this exercise with the tmj one. It's quite emotional. 😢 thank you so much I'll do these 10 minutes exercises everyday.

When doing the exercises, I suddenly felt nauseous and sadness... Is it normal? Why did it happen? Does it have to do with the exercises? Please I'd really appreciate to know 😢

That was a really good way of explaining a process that’s really easy to not notice. I’m guilty of autopilot thinking because of anxiety and ptsd episodes but this was really helpful! Thanks girl, keep going!

♥Amazing!! ♥ My (noncardiac) chest pain is not magically cured, but I can breathe now and I feel capable. It's been three days since I've been able to do either. LOVE YOU for making this available. ♥
