    I agree. I want to say the phrases along with you. just need pauses in between statements. It's more powerful to me if I have time repeat the statements. thanks!

For those who said it was too fast or too whatever-- I loved it and will practice it until I remember it and can pace it as I want and focus on specific statements as relevant at that time.

    I've done EFT for years but this was the first time I've seen the brain clearing. I could sense dark energy there and was able to pull some of it out and then replace it with white light as you directed. It went a little fast for me but I will try to do it again on my own. It felt good. Re. the EFT I agree with some other comments that the phrases were too long and wordy and went too quickly. Otherwise it is a very good thing to put positive energy into the mind with EFT tapping.

    Just finished the evening bowing practice on restructuring our brain with our Regional Master in South Los Angeles. Then I found this EFT video from my Cerritos Body & Brain Center's email, and decided to follow the tapping and meditation. It was an excellent way to complement each practice. I'll keep doing both!     It was so cleansing. I could see the healing energies flowing in my body when I closed my eyes. I could see the white light healing wounds. I consider it a great revelation. I accept that making this a habit will bring huge healing benefits that will positively impact all areas of my life

    I enjoyed it and while I did like meaning of the longer phrases it did make it difficult to follow along and actually hear and believe what I was saying... I got lost several times or felt like a robot just trying to say all the words without real purpose lol . But thank you.

    Pulling energy you created up…and then sinking it down/grounding it with a good visual of that energy you created (you should be able to feel it) when you rubbed your hands together ☮️

    It's a grounding technique, if you're a visual person you can imagine you are lifting energy up then pushing it down. You can also just feel and breathe :)
