    I’ve been belly breathing for so long forcefully breathing from my belly and I’ve always wonder why I was always feel icky breathing from there I’ve seen a couple videos but I’m not completely sure still how to breathe with my full abandonment can you maybe make a video on that?

    Hi Linda. What's the name of either the left or right lung acupressure point? I'm struggling to find either tender spot. Even so, after completing this marvelous exercise the chest/lungs feel(s) less congested and the breathing is lighter and easier. Thank you wonderful earth citizen.
