WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I had been having burning pain on my right foot whenever I would go for a walk, and thought it had something to do with my footwear. I don't have arches (flat feet) so I thought it had something to do with that. But thanks to your video, I am aware now that the pain could also be referred pain from the gallbladder and gallbladder meridian. When I tapped on top of my feet, the last exercise, and tapped all the way up my legs, my fourth toe had such a soreness!! OMG! Thank you so much!!!

Omg same!! About few weeks ago I started having god awful pain in my right foot, literally came out of nowhere. And then two weeks ago I started getting really sick and nauseous after every meal. It's ongoing still. My Mum told me yesterday it was most definitely my gallbladder. I actually look forward to see how my body is going to react after this exercise!

As a follow on from my previous comment; I have just completed your Gallbladder Meridian stimulation routine, and feel much better! I was feeling fuzzy headed/groggy from the after effects of a few nights of insufficient sleep. Interestingly I started the Routine at 11.30 pm (so within Gallbladder Meridian time on the Horary cycle); so now feel less stressed, and ready for a good night's sleep! So thank you; much appreciated!

Really love your 10 minute routines! Thanks for creating these videos. There is one thing that confuses me though - I noticed you introducing several meridian lines against their natural flow (e.g. The gallbladder meridian ends in the 4th toe and doesn't start there?). Is there any particular reason for that?

I'm afraid to say that your description of the direction of 'Flow' of the Gallbladder Meridian Energy is wrong; it doesn't Start at the 4th toes - it Ends there (at the GB45 points if I remember correctly). It actually Starts at GB1, on the outer [lateral] edge of the orbit of the eyes.
