WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

    I was taught to massage my stomach many years ago I use a circular motion instead of a pump, works fantastically I would say my life has been saved many times because of this Great to see you teaching this method

    Love your work & thank you for teaching us. I felt a little unsure if I had the correct location. It was helpful when you said liver, then I could connect with the action you were instructing.     I suffer with IBS and have focused pain under my right ribs (Have been checked out for anything serious - all is clear) I've done your routine for the first time and it was blooming well painful! However, I began to feel the benefits not long after doing it. I shall persevere and do it every day .Thanks again Linda.

    Thank you very much, this has helped me a lot. I was having a bad crisis in my upper abdomen after eating too much fruit in little time. This is the 3rd day in a row I do this, and the first day already was a huge difference

    Thank you so much for his - very pleasant tingling and my mood improved noticeably . i would appreciate one comment though - how do i combine this with your other two techniques which i also love - belly button wand massage and belly press kind of thing (in the weight loss video). is it ok to do the weight loss one every morning, belly button sand one - weekly and this one once or two-three times a week (also on the days of the weight loss one ? i have a lot of blockages there and feel huge benefits. thank you and have a lovely day.

    Wow great massage, I notic d that when pumping my arms would get extremely tired/weak and then start to hurt, around 15 seconds of pumping. I don't feel this sensation at other times and my arms are pretty strong.Does the weakness mean anything?
