coming back to this classic workout, i started working out during quarantine with this workout back in June...fast forward to now ive gotten shredded and made some good gains ..tonight is back day and i decided to come back to this video because its such a great upper body workout video! its crazy how now i can do this workout all the way through now...i think its time to add more weight tonight lol thank you so much for your videos! you have a supporter here in riverside ca

So glad I came across your channel, cosmetologist of 17 years and keep being told my rotary cuff is shot and to quit lifting, you go into good detail about how to not hurt yourself, especially with the pushup things lol, to keep elbows in front of shoulders, I've been doing them wrong for 20 years apparently. BTW my shoulder feels so much better. Thank you.
