Join me for a 30min dumbbell strength training workout focusing on the shoulders and back. This follow along workout is perfect for those looking to build strength and look toned in these areas. We'll be using dumbbells for all exercises, so grab a pair and get ready to sweat! This workout includes a variety of shoulder exercises as well as dumbbell back exercises to target all the major muscles. Follow along and push yourself to the limit to achieve the results you want. Follow alongs keep me motivated and it's good guidance to keep good posture. Day 4 - done. As well extra beeps are really useful if you use earphones during workout. no need to check for timer all the time. Greetings from Poland

Just found your channel, love the workouts. I subscribed and will tell my friends to check it out. I would like to request that you consider showing a modification for those of us with low back problems, maybe even an inset video showing alternate. I usually will come up with some modification on the fly, but I sometimes forget and pay for it for several days.

Okay, that one got me subbed lol. For the first time in forever, I felt like a KZreadr wasn't rushing me and I could actually put some extra weight on my adjustable dumbbells - very nice! Also, I see that this is not exactly a new video so I don't know if you started doing that since, but could you maybe provide an alternative to pushups (or anything that makes you put your body weight on your wrists)? I have carpal tunnel that I have to take good care of not to flare up, and pushups will absolutely do it for me, even if I use some of my old small dumbbells as grips so I don't have to bend my wrists backwards. I already have some good substitutions figured out so this isn't really for me, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who struggles with this. Anyway, fantastic work, thank you!

Thanks, yes can put some alternatives in new videos, I rarely do push-ups in these actually as I also have a long standing wrist issue but any time I do just swap out for a dumbbell bench press 👍

Almost impossible to guess without knowing you. At a very rough estimate beginner men could try 10kg and 5kg pairs, women 6kg and 3kg pairs. Just adjust weight up or down if feels too easy or too hard.

There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God.
