Yes can definitely be a daily routine. I’d probably put it before a workout but could still be done after if you had a separate warm up planned.

24 May 2024 - I didnt do the leg part ( i just ran yesterday, so my leg kind of tired ) - i did all of them ( except the 5 minutes last, i did it for 2.5 minutes ) - fells like i just left from sauna ( so much calories burned ) - i did one move wrong ( i should have use fronthand LOL ) - only uses 12 kg barbell
Got something done 👏🏼👍🏼 I have many Barbell workouts including upper body only ones if you’re ever looking for something more specific within a workout 👌🏼

Yes these 3x 20min Beg / Int / Advanced are similar workouts with difficulty progressions. If you have a pull up bar or parallettes that opens up for new exercise options. This is amazing. I’ve just started working out at 47 years. Just wanted to know how long do I continue these until I move to the intermediate exercises?
Once you can complete this with good technique for the full intervals just have a go at the intermediate one. You can always come back to this for a while if it’s too difficult.
Really enjoy this 10 minute workout that I can do on top of any 30-45 mins exercises. Congratulations on the new studio Tom 🎉

No sure, just swap for regular dumbbell chest fly or dumbbell front raises if uncomfortable or concerning you.

Much appreciated! I’m actually still finishing off the end of this series but yes looking into doing a Calisthenics one next. Just need to decide whether to include any equipment and length of workouts / series ect.

During these stretches days..since the stretch time is only 13 min. Can we do dumbells workout for biceps and forearms after these stretches. Note : I am performing my 4th week workout
