Pick Dumbbells you can comfortably Incline Press for 12 reps (I used 17.5kg/38lb Dumbbells)

    Thanks so much for your videos... I've just started working out from home to gain some strength and get fit and these videos are really helpful 💙😎. Those wrist wraps.. Are they just for extra support?

    Yes just reduced stress on wrist. I have an active job and a bit of wear & tear over the years. Wraps avoid inflammation build up for me.

    Are you using a bench? It helps a lot to get a good stretch on the pec muscles. Pinch your shoulder blades together at bottom of rep and keep them back during press focusing on squeezing chest together.
