Develop awesome abs with this 10 minute dumbbell Abs workout. This follow along routine uses a mix of the best bodyweight and weighted ab exercises you can do at home with just one pair of dumbbells. Start training abs with weights like you would any other muscle using challenging ab exercises and progressive overload.

    Used this as a finisher to the 20 minute leg workout abs are on fire!Your ab workouts a killer as I always feel it he next day! What about cardio? I can't run shin splints but love kickboxing! Thanks Tom!

    Perfect combo, well done for doing 2 workouts. I usually just encourage people to do what ever cardio they enjoy most as it’s not really complicated. Sweat a bit and get heart rate up. Cycling could be a good option for you, or swimming, or hill walking.
