    Hailing from the twin isles of Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹. I’ve been following you for the past two month and doing your workouts twice per week for the last few weeks. Man, you are an inspiration and I just wanna say without you I would not get back to trying my hand at gaining some muscle at 39. I’ve always been skinny but corona ended up getting me skinny fat and to use your videos to get back to working out which I hate is so comforting. You are easy to understand and comfortable to workout with. Thank you man for all your help and support I’m putting your videos together. I am truly grateful. 🙏🏼

    Ye just try and do 3-4 of these strength style follow alongs a week with reasonably high protein intake and if you’re consistent I’m sure you will build a decent amount of muscle. Well done for getting started, that’s the hardest bit. Done beat yourself up if you have a rough week, even a 10min video is better than nothing!
