    Hey Tom, thanks so much for this. I was wanting a new routine like this, only with a barbell. I don't have, for now, too much weight, between the barbelll and the discs I'm at 27 kg only, and when I was in the gym back in my country I reached at 60 to 70 for a deadlift for example, so, I'm always pushing a lot the time under tension to try to reach a similar level to what I was doing before. Plus, I have to little dumbells, but I have to use the same discs from the barbell, so, a workout that is supposed to last 30 minutes goes to 45 sometimes or even more. And having a little kid, I'm always trying to be as efficient as possible, so, again, a workout like this is a blessing. Thanks mate. Thanks a lot.
