@@theglowmethod ya I been feeling burnt out lately n I was at dr n test came back that I'm perimenopause now ,I knew I probably was cus of symptoms, but this perimenopause is kicking my butt,but I'm making time to get on my mat n take time for myself, but I don't push myself too much,I do what my body wants n good nutrition lots of veggies n plant protein,my iron in a little low so I'm upping my greens n dr said to get a womens multivitamin with iron😊
Can you do 1 hour posture class? Scapular winging, kyphosis, rounded shoulders, apt, and forward head, thx.

It depends on your body / props / mind to muscle connection - but I have had my watch tell me anywhere between 300-500 for a 60 minute class
