Absolutely loved this workout, Kaylie. I took about a month or two off due to shoulder tendonitis. After taking that time off I feel better and more in tune with my body. This workout was perfect for getting back in, thank you so much

thank you! my favourite part is at the start - working with shoulders: opposite hand & leg. I had a thought, but now it seems I'm sure that this is the weakest part of my body😁 will work on it))

@kayliedaniels love love love! I found you via your yoga and sculpt and have been doing your posted schedule the last two weeks. Did this one a day early for a longer Friday practice. I want to do this one or Pilates like it at least once a week now! This felt so amazing and effective - sweaty!! And ty for the nice stretch at the end.
