A challenging workout in that you are concentrating on fatiguing smaller muscles that you don't normally work. Warning to those with wrist issues that this is NOT the workout for you as there is a LOT of time spent in planks, table top, an then single arm supporting a lot of moves. I don't have wrist issues and I found it har on my wrists.
Exceptionally happy I found this channel, exactly what I have been looking for, for a very long time:) Yoga with a variety of increased intensity and lower intensity, all combined with fab pilates and interesting forms of hiit movements......absolutely great content :) You should have many more subscribers here x
