This is 30 minutes from Practice. It is about maintaining the routine in this video. I am sharing some of very important Pranayam techniques which can refresh your mood, improve your productivity and give you boost for your day.
This is only 30 minutes regular practice for your energy, body, Food body, mental body and for spiritual growth

    It's really ironical You are asking for stability and stillness!! What about multiple ads????????? They do break the rhythm and concentration. You should disable the ads.. Otherwise this video is a waste of time...if we have to break our practice to skip these multiple ads
