30-Minute Upper Body & Abs Compound Circuit (Sculpt & Tone) | Joanna Soh
I've been struggling to tone up my upper body, as it tends to hold on to lots of stubborn fats. But I've seen great results with this workout. This is a strength endurance workout with COMPOUND exercises targeting the UPPER BODY and ABS. You’ll need a pair of medium weight dumbbells.
Not only will these moves increase your overall strength and endurance, but they’ll create a more symmetrical build, and improve your core strength for everyday functional fitness.

This woman is life Savior. I was 115 kgs with 5feet 4inch on March and I am just 21 years old .I followed 5vidoes( each video of each day + 500crunch abs challenge ) of yours and had a low carb diet. Today , Aug 19 ,2020 , I am 89.5kgs. My target is 60 kgs. I love you ma'am . Lots of love and respect . Can't describe in words how much I owe you .

Sometimes I feel giving up in between reps but when u say "keep going"," stay with me","just few more"it gives me the strength to complete my workout..Now I give every rep a quality rep..😊Btw I lost more 1.3kgs in almost 15 days...Love u Joanna.. ❤❤❤

@@joannasohofficial yesterday i started doing arm workouts with 1kg dumbbell..this is first time i am using weights..after i did this workout, my left elbow started paining... still it pains when i move my hands, fold my arms n ol. Evry movement to that whole left arm causes me elbow pain.. 😩😩😩😩😩😩 what i should do?? Please please reply!!🙏🙏🙏🙏 should i continue doing that workout?? Or stop it now and resume after 2 days??? I think my elbow swelled up too... wwhat to do 😩😩😩 please help.. . pleaseeee
