Kickboxing is an easy and fun way to lose weight, burn calories and get stronger! This workout combines kickboxing moves with conditioning exercises in short intervals to blast fat and sculpt your arms, shoulders, legs and core. This will get your metabolism on fire and continue to burn calories after your workout is finished!

Love how she's actually doing the full workout for 30 minutes straight. I really hate it when some other trainers just do the workout for 1 circuit and then tell us to go ourselves with the rest 2 - 3 circuits and just like that end the video.

Okay im not gonna lie. Her workout made me feel like somebody lit me on fire. While i was doing this i was like i dnt think this workout is burning me enough. And rgt after finishing it i was on fire. My body was burning like never before. Im still shocked. This is after 20min of finishing the workout and im still dripping sweat. Omgggg
I was sweating almost the whole time. But the second round was easier and that made me feel physically and spiritually stronger. Thank you Joanna Soh!

Just did this workout for the first time because I wanted to do some cardio after strength training, and it was great! I need to work a lot more on my form but it will definitely get more challenging when I actually get that right!

15:30 this is the first time I see her out of breath😱 her workouts sounds easy , but in fact they require a lot of stamina and mental strength to keep the forme beside completing the circuits

I stopped this program bc my aunt wanted to join me but she can't do this so I had to change this. But I'll try to pursuade her

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not last even 8 minutes when my body completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session powerfully like Joanna!!! My MIL's entire body is rock hard muscles and she has unbeatable endurance and strength! I feel really low and defeated.

I used to do this workout once a week and now after 8 weeks or so I do it once and repeat for half time again so a total of 45 mins and I love it.

Awesome workout! I was dying but still having fun at the same time. Kickboxing really is the best cardio! I do however recommend switching which leg is in the front in the 2nd circuit just to work both sides equally.
