When it comes to cardio, it's always lower body focused. I've put together a really fun and effective upper body cardio circuit to lean up your arms and shoulders! Torch lots of calories and sculpt your arms with this workout. This is a high energy circuit training which will pump your heart rate, and leave you sweaty! No weights needed and you can do this anywhere.

Not the best for beginners, but I can see how this could be effective for someone who was intermediate. Definitely coming back to this when I have more upper body strength

To be frank, I started working out just 4 months back and with this on my upper body days and though I still do plank up down and push ups on my knees. I feel this workout can also be done by beginners with the right option like she mentions during the workout.

I did sweat, my hairs was messed up and shoulders/arms were sore at the moment! Instense workout the pushups killed me!👌🏽 thank you 🙏🏽
Arms on fire! It is very challenging for myself, as I have weak arms. Thanks so much for this video! I will continue to use this workout every week and hope to see results soon! Edit: I've only done this workout 3 or 4 times (I do it once or twice a week), and I've already noticed that my arms are stronger and the workout is a little easier.

Just completed the workout,I can't believe I completed an arms workout. I hate arms workout so much that I hardlyattempt them , but since I finished I realised my arms are much stronger. Thanks to joannas workouts. I am getting stronger and fitter. I haven't lost weight but I am building muscles .

For the first time I’m thankful for the ads 🥲
I started to loose some weight. I gave up caffeine which was horrible and gave up fast food and decided to go healthy. Your videos inspired me alot. Have u heard of Isowhey its a protein milk shake for weight loss and it has priobitics etc in it? Hyperthyroid + food allergies you dont khow about once do test since what ever I eat my body reacts badly if its healthy or bad+ shriking sinuses that cases breathing issues+ healthy food dosent do anything to my body = bad combo all at once just imagine all this in the human body 😢 what worse is Im very sensitive to the heat as this is a side effects hyperthyroid . I got so sick last year in hospital I had pneumonia and stayed 2 weeks 24hours oxygen. It took me 1 year for my body to get rid of the lungs filled. Ever since that day my body went out of whack. Both my cats died both lovers and both best friends are buried together. Your videos have inspired me alot through my journey 😢 When I was recovering from pneumonia I gave up sugar caffeine etc all at once it was a hell trip all at once. I do take fish oil to vitamins etc and I do see a nutritionist as well.

I love your excersice...I've lost 10kg...and its keeping me motivated excersice consistently ... your excersice routines helps me burn my fatso... my sister who has slip dics, also follows your low impact cardio and core excersice is now fit and amazingly she can do challenging excersice in her own comfort zone..so big shout out to your excersice routines... my sister and I lives 4hours away...and your excersice routines keep our fatso burning cos we video call and do ab challenge often...Thank you Joanna... 😊👍🏼

@@Noname-rq1hr hi good day to you..fernanda😊👋👋...I do excersice in the evening, everyday an hour to an hour half. If I have time I'll do in the morning bout an hour...one day I do cardio the next day I do all abs excersices, I stop eating heavy meal at night, after excersice for dinner I drink coffee with wholemeal bread or wheat biscuits or fruits, I've reduce my everyday food intakes and drinks more water...if I indulge in my favourite foods I'd make sure I excersice double and more😅 gotta burn that accumulated fatso☺....I don't stick to the same excersice routines everyday, I do different excersice routines from Joanna Soh' s collections and from other fitness trainers as well... I've been doing excersice continually for 2 years now but just bout 5months now I followed miss Joanna soh's fitness workoits and amazingly I started lose weight and sizes... before following Joanna' s excersice I was running on treadmill for 40minutes and did some ab workout I lost 5kg than no matter how I excersice my weight didn't change. But Joanna's workouts really targets every problematic areas of mine. now I've gain my stamina and motivated to loose more... I was 88kg and now I'm 78kg and I'm looking forward to loose more weight.... 😊👍🏼 so this is how I manage to loose my fatso.... never give up..... hope you too can be fit and fabulous.....😊😍

Hi Joanna, I had a question, if you could please answer me. So I am beginner and I have a major problem with plank up and down I usually can manage with a lot of difficulty to complete one circuit with my knees not touching the ground but if I continue it for the next two circuits, i feel like my shoulder is tearing apart, so my question is- Can I do plank up and down with my knees touching the ground, is it still effective?
