30-Minute Low Impact Bodyweight HIIT Workout for Fat Loss
Low impact does not mean low intensity! It simply means putting less impact on the body, especially the joints. This workout class combines the benefits of a HIIT workout but with a safer and gentler approach that is easier on the body. It will still get your heart rate up, burn calories, improve cardio fitness and muscle strength, and at the same time, protects you from injury, joint damage and pain. Plus, you won’t need any equipment, just your bodyweight! This class is perfect for everyone, whether you are overweight, new to fitness, or even for those who want to mix it up with their usual HIIT routine and give their joints a break!
Workout Duration: 30 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 200 - 300 Calories
Sequence: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest

Guys trust Joanna...Her workouts might seem easy or ineffective because they only last 30 mins but believe me I have lost so much weight because of her. Now I have achieved nice abs and a body that I feel comfortable with. Joanna will always be my way to go fitness influencer. Well I started with the 3km walking challenge and the waistline challenge...When I needed a more relaxing workout I did the 10000 steps one...When I became more familiar with working out I added more workouts I will upload a playlist with the workouts I did you can crack it out

The secret is to pace your breathing. 😬 It really helps when you workout. Breathing is extremely important.

Hello, thank you for this high intensity, low impact routine, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My knees and joints benefit a lot from this kind of exercise. On several occasions I have ended up injured by doing high impact cardio routines where there are many jumps and lunges. My advice to u..do not be too hard on yourself. If u want to lose weight try low impact exercises like this..you can do it! U don't have to do every routine if u can't do it, of course at first it will be hard but as u continue doing it, you'll finally be able to get the routine done & u won't even notice you'll getting stronger..& wants for more.

You can do it! I have a hard time excersising and now I'm trying to at least work out 15min, 4 times a week, just going for a walk counts!. Maybe you can start small too?, much love and support from a stranger ♥️

See a doctor first, many times there are underlying causes. Basis that develop your diet and fitness regime. Most imp, love yourself the way you are, You are precious 💛

Shivani, please go see a doctor to do a full blood test especially on your thyroid. I don’t know your age but if you’re between 25 to 40, check your thyroid. If you’re under 25, it is possible your lifestyle, diet and hormones causing the pimples and weight gain. Whatever the cause, exercise always helps. Start small eg 15 mins per day and gradually increase to 30 mins per day. Lastly, take deep breathes frequently because when you’re stressed, your breathing becomes irregular and your organs will react or get stressed due to insufficient oxygen. Take care and all the best 💪💪💪
Tomorrow is ramadan (fasting month for muslims) and im looking for low impact and fun workouts to give me motivation to workout hahah im definetly going to do this

This was a good workout! It is heavy on the wrists though so it would be great to learn some wrist stretches to do after. I love Joanna’s workouts!

This was a great low impact workout, but I wouldn't say it's the best knee friendly workout. I'm recovering from a knee injury and although this really did get me sweating, but it was not great on the knees. I've done some of your other workouts and really enjoyed them. Just something for others to keep in mind for others who might not have the best knees like myself (and I'm only in my 20s)

I did this, oh boy i was sweaattingg, even this was a low impact you burn alot! It doesn't mean "low impact" doesn't mean not intense & ineffective, not at all! Bcoz i started working out doing low impact exercises(due to main reason i can't jump bcoz i work out upstairs of our house🤗)last yr since the pandemic began and i lost weight. Until now I'm still working out, CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY! it doesn't matter if it's low or high impact, u cannot achieve your goal if u don't do anything. As they say " it's better to exercise or move your body than not exercising at all" and i included this video to my list of workouts😉
