Excellent as always Larie. I frequently thought during this workout how blessed and fortunate I am exercising in the comfort and safety of my home. God bless all the Ukrainian people in their darkest hour. 🙏

Thanks for another terriffic workout! I loved that the moves were slow so I could focus on form and control, but I hate that it was slow cuz that makes the movement harder! Lol! Love this total body format and using a variety of dumbbells! My legs are tired now!😢

I really enjoyed the pace of this workout. I was able to do the entire 30 minutes without stopping halfway and my muscles are burning.

Loved this! Can you do more workouts like this at the 20-30 min rate with weights and mini bands? With two kids and working it's hard to fit in a longer workout.
