This Pilates with weights video was a great workout. I can feel it in my upper body. I used two 5 lb weights for some of the exercises and two 16.9 Oz water bottles. I also put the 5 lb dumbbell in between the thighs for the leg raises.
Best Pilates with Weights class I've found so far! Love how you make good use of the weights with every exercise. Also appreciate that there are no standing lunges, as they are not friendly to my arthritic knees.
Second time I've followed this class and even better this time. Just love this work with the weights. Thank you Mira!

Hi Mira, i just did one of your classes from the basi channel and I'm glad to find your channel as well. I regularly do reformer classes, but had a hard time getting back the endurance after recovering from Covid. All your classes have helped me so much! Particularly love this one with weights, reminds me of the reformer! ❤💕

hi mira!!! im new to you and have tried some of the beginners classes. I am having trouble doing roll ups when lying on my back. i have no core strength. is there a specific exercise that will help me to be able to roll up?
