Thank you for this. Been suffering from an arm/shoulder injury for over a month and I couldn't do my usual strength and cardio training. Glad to find this, my weight loss/health journey continues. I actually lost 2kgs within 2 weeks of doing this daily + controlled eating.

Tried to do this exercise video for the first time. I think I did ok! Really knee friendly exercises, 30 minutes was a time span I was able to handle, no talking and no monotonous music!! A SUPER workout as usual but an added benefit is the knee friendly moves for seniors who are active but have to be a little wary of drastic moves that make me rest for a couple of days
