He pulled away and I assumed it was another woman, so instead of communicating my feelings to him, I started to ignore him and he left me, I later found out it was a money issue and had nothing to do with another woman or me personally, he was going through something and instead of being supportive I only cared about me and my feelings. I was devastated when he left, he has started to come around again so I hope we can move pass this if not it wasn't meant to be. Don't end up like me ladies, look for the signs, he could be depressed or fighting internal issues, ask questions and say how you feel and most important be supportive and find out the root cause of why he pulled away and don't over think or assume.

That’s his fault. Don’t feel guilty girl. His inability to communicate isn’t on you. Also, don’t get in the habit of accepting avoidant behavior, this forecasts how he will act when things get hard. You need a partner who won’t abandon you and will work through hard things WITH you.

He decided to pull away. That was his choice. Those are just excuses. Someone fell through for him. The grass is never greener on the other side. Those are signs. I don't go back to anyone who leaves. That was his choice, you were not on his mind at all. If a man wants to be with you, he will do anything. He sounds like he doesn't have his mental state together, if an another opportunity arises he will leave, & he's all over the place. You deserve better. Move forward & don't back to the trash that left you. You need to be free to find the person who will never leave you like this. He's selfish for doing this. You are not responsible for his adventures. He will end up cheating on you, if the opportunity arises. Those are signs. There is someone for you out there better & will never compromise your relationship. You just have to move on. Just go out with friends & enjoy life, do all the things you've always wanted to do. I tried talking with my ex-husband while we were married, and it was always my fault. I was told that I was too good. I understand men have feelings also, but some of them make up excuses to do what they want to do.

Most men pull away because we can't express how we feel. Society has taught men and women that men aren't allowed to discuss their feelings to women. Even women tell men that they're "soft" or to "man up". We can't have bad days because we don't have anyone to talk to even when we're in love.

He never cared about how I felt, even after 26 years of marriage. I left after he told me about 5 affairs. I wasn't allowed to express my feelings or emotions EVER.

I actually got this message at the right time. I just let my bf know how i feel and if he cannot respect that ill move on. I learned that its ok to move on but i also can let that person know how I feel. All this matching energy and acting like I don't care only adds fuel and damage to the next relationship. I'm going through the same thing. I am a slow learner so it took 3 times of him calling me dramatic and ghosting me for weeks or months every time I opened up a little too much. The irony is we talk about his feelings ALL THE TIME. You can trust the right person. He's just done you the favor of showing you he isn't the right person. It still hurts though and I am sorry you're going through this

Yup!!! I have to. Yup!! That's why I try to pore my heart out and leave no doubt how I feel. If we never come together, I will be at peace with it just wasn't for us. I rather he walk away as oppose to hurting me. I will always love him,. I will always want him happy and loved, with or without me. I will be at peace with him not wanting to be with me knowing I tried. Nothing beats a try but a failure!!!

Wow…. I finally got it! You’re right as always, communication is key despite my fear. Clarity should be sought instead of internalizing the situation. this happen to me. I never spoke up how i felt for 31yrs I never express my emotion or told him why I act so affectionate. no sex and I act like I didn't care but I had to much pride to beg or ask or talk about it.

I just have a question, are men also advised to share or speak up when they are not okay with something in the relationship. Cause for one when I notice the gap I try to communicate but apparently the guy pulled away cause of something he isn't okay with and won't bring it up. I was not the woman for the guy because if I was there is nothing in this world would make him pull away especially over some little nonsense situation ok.. Stephan thank you for this video. I agree with some of your advice. I feel rather relationship healthy or unhealthy. We should be able talk and work it out. If he needs space then let him take care of himself. It is not fair for other person in limbo or being loyal while he suppose be getting his head together.
