I would do it half-assedly at random moments, when you're really no longer interested, so it's less than he would expect. I'd say space it out, but I have more of a natural instinct for this one. It's the one game I know how to play, brat game. The other types of game are as tedious as math homework at best.

I started journaling and found I have those negative / anxious thoughts during my period. As soon as it’s over, I back to my secure attachment style.

Iam a guy,if I pull away it's because of the way she is acting. Ofcourse I talk with her about the issues first but if it continues, I just pull my interest. Iam not into playing games. Relationships are not perfect. We need to communicate, stop overthinking

I'm really hurting right now feel like less of man. My girlfriend keeps ignoring me, however seems like she only wants me for what little money I have. The only time she really talks to me is when she is coming over to see me.
