28 minute Full Body Low Impact CARDIO + STRENGTH Walk at Home Workout

This 28 minute full body, low impact walk at home workout is a good combo of cardio + strength exercises. Throughout the workout, we'll combine the cardio with strength exercises. At the 17 minute mark, we'll pick up a light set of weights to complete the workout with upper body exercises while still moving our lower body for cardio. Balance and flexibility is also included to make this another all-in-one workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2654 steps.

    This was an excellent workout. My wife and I both enjoy your workouts, we have started doing them daily.     That was a fast and fabulous workout. I slid back into a bad habit and I had a high carb and sugar lunch and I am pre-diabetic. After the workout my blood sugar was 129. I had waited around 40 minutes after eatting to do the workout so that was an acceptable blood sugar. Thank you so much.

    I love this workout. I have bursitis in my right hip and this video seems to help. I think that most of these exercises for the legs and glutes would help strengthen and help bursitis. Thanks Jules. I love all of your videos and i especially love it when you kind of make a mistake and just keep going. It encourages me. thanks again

    Hi Jules, I am back after a long trip up North visiting family and friends! The walks were challenging up there due to the hills! Florida has none of them. Great workout and music and smiles!😃

    Wow! Another terrific workout! For the balance exercises I focused on your movement with the free weights and was more successful but still have work to do on that. I love a challenge that benefits my health.

    A new one! Yea! It was a good, sweaty workout!…….with some balance challenges. Great job, Jules! We did the strength part with our one pound weights, since we weren’t sure what that pet would be like. We might try two pound ones the next time, but it was still great with the lighter ones.

    Thanks for the feedback about the wu and cd. I simplify the moves for the wu and cd and usually put in slower music as well. I'll keep your comment in mind for future workouts.

    I saw it on Monday but after almost a month off between wedding and then 2 weeks of hospice care for my father-in-law and then overwhelming grief and fatigue I opted to start with a gentle walking one to get back on track! Did this one yesterday and wow what a great workout!!! I loved some of the different balance moves and just enough strengthening to feel the burn but not sore today👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻. Good to be back on my morning routine with you Jules😊
