This 30 minute no talking, low impact cardio walk at home workout is straight up cardio, with no squats, jumping or floor work. We'll work a little more on hip and glute strength today, get in 6 fast intervals to intensify the workout (you can walk if you wish) and get in a full body workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3672 steps.

    This is one of my favorites! I do like the all instrumental music, no vocals. The beat is great. I love your smiles and shaking your head at yourself sometimes, lol! You are so personable. I actually enjoy working out now. I use one pound hand weights and ankle weights sometimes to make it more challenging. Thank you for what you do for us!

    Thank you so much for today's workout - got the blood flowing! I do have a victory that I want to share. On Saturday I went with my son and his friends to a festival. We walked and stood all over the grounds for about 5 hours and I was able to keep up with them even though I was slower. I didn't have to use anything for support while walking - this made my son (and me, of course) very happy as I wouldn't have been able to do this earlier in the year. I know that I will keep improving and your videos have helped! Have most wonderful day!

    Today I woke up with no desire to do anything! Didn't want to exercise, but just made myself! After a few minutes in, I thought how much energy you put into making these videos and keeping us inspired and how nice it was to have a new video to try out. At ten minutes in I was thinking 'I can do this" and by time it ended I was so grateful that I just made myself start! Thanks for all you do!

    Here it is Week 4 of Series 3, and I finally found the workout for Day 6. I tried the first round, and realized right away that due to my rheumatoid arthritis, it was just way too much stress and pressure on my wrists and ankles. So, I found this one and I ABSOLUTELY love it. It will be among my favorites in the weeks beyond Series 3. Thanks for your excellent guidance and positive thoughts throughout all 3 Series.     I did this workout to ibiza club classics 90s as another user had suggested. Great workout! When i would lose my rhythm, i would come back to you and there are you are going to the same rhythm which was very nice.

    I'm sure you've read it many time, Jules, but I so much appreciate the gentle exercises such as this routine. I'm mobility challenged, needing to use a cane for balance, so exercise can sometimes be discouraging. But all of your exercise routines are so easily modified for my abilities, and are so easy to follow, I'm regaining the ability to walk without aid. I'm SO thankful for that!

    Thanks for starting Monday off with this new cardio. I do have to modify it by moving forward and back again so it doesn’t irritate my hip and back from standing in the same place. Modifying works. 😊

    This one is my favorite! Some days I do it all at once, some days in 2 15's and other days in 3 10's but I always do it - plus strength training. I'm on day 6 and loving it!

    Oh wow! This is a tough video to use if moving from seated to standing. I have 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you're use to the seated workouts, my suggestion would be to start with the gentle standing workouts before going straight to the intermediate. I'm impressed that you managed this one, Kim!

    Starting is definitely the hardest part. Congrats for starting it, and completing it! I often recommend to people to commit to 5-10 minutes, and often within that time, you'll become energized and before you know it, the workout is done:)

    Thank you, Jules for another great workout. Really liked the inset video of the next exercises. A good blend of exercises for the whole body- loved the glute and leg ones, plus balance, too. Thank you also for changing your position to make sure we are following correctly. The music was perfect!😊

    The intermediate workouts are challenging. Keep in mind I create 3 levels...gentle, beginner and intermediate. You can pick and choose the level by using the playlists:)

    Great workout! Thank you for all you do! I do enjoy music with lyrics more than the club beats no vocals, even if they're remakes allowed to be used on youtube. It makes time go by faster when I can sing as I workout.

    Thank you for your feedback about the music. I get mixed feedback on that so it's always hard for me to choose music. I just figure I'll offer both, and hopefully people will choose the ones they enjoy most:) I'm with you, though...I like the ones with words as well.
