Fat-burning HIIT WALKING WORKOUT to lose weight | Walk at home with no equipment and no squats

This 25 minute walking HIIT walk at home workout is a sweaty walking/jogging/running workout. Go at your own pace! If you want to walk the whole time, you can! The pace can be determined by what you can do, and by what you want to get out of the workout. We'll take breaks at different periods during the workout (but you can push through the breaks if you want). This workout is great for fat-burning, calorie burning, and for transforming fitness.
If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Interval training and HIIT workouts are great to do twice a week.

Jules this workout is brilliant! At 72 my goal is really just to be as fit as I can be and I can honestly say that, having found your website by accident one morning some months ago, I'm managing to get there! It isn't simply being able to 'keep up' during the routines but I've also noticed that I recover more quickly than I used to. Hi Jules! If that wasn't a calorie burner, I don't know what would be!! It was just what I wanted! At the end my legs felt like there were rocks in them, so the stretches felt so good. Nice music too. Thank you!

Love it, love it, love it!! I love to do HIIT workout the most! It's easy for me to pick up where I left. The most helpful part for me is your prompt to breathe (!!) and slow down. Watching the countdown of each cycle is satisfying. Thanks to you, mate, I maintain my weight for the past year and the weight I lost was lost for good.

Thanks Jules for helping me go from pre diabetic to normal blood sugar in three months. My husband and I were both surprised to be told we were pre diabetic after already losing weight. After being threatened with medication by our doctor, I began exercising to your videos once or twice a day, and my husband sporadically. I lost 10 pounds in three months and found that I was no longer pre diabetic and lost another four lbs in the fourth month. My husband, whose blood sugar was not as abnormal as mine, is also no longer pre diabetic. To show my gratitude, I made a video of me working out to your videos. I may not always look the way you do when you exercise, but I am moving and that's important. The music was changed to avoid any copyright issues. This is a daily struggle for both of us as we are not athletic people. Starting out with your easier videos and working up to the intervals has been an achievement. Thanks for continuing to encourage all of us to be healthy and not be medicated for the remainder of our lives! If interested, you can find the video on our channel today, July 13. Jules, I’m back! I’ve been dealing with vertigo and traveling every few weeks to CA since my mom is now in Hospice at home. My dad turned 98 and is showing signs of memory loss. I have gained weight as I am stress eating. Also not exercising is contributing. It’s time to take care of myself again. It felt so good to exercise with you again. I’ve missed it. You have so many new programs and I can’t wait to try them all!😊💛

Out this world. absolutely love intervals..... Sweaty, felt great and fit.. I kept fast pace for 30 seconds.. Its so doable. Off do day 1 strength and hubby and i did 6 mile walk this morning... This is wedding weeek so i want feel good in my frock😂😂

I really like your workouts!! I’m 68 and find they’re easy enough to keep up with. I was over a year w/o regular exercise and was able to jump right back in. I really DO feel better. Thank you!

Forgot that there were 3 rounds of intervals, and was happy when I reached the end of the first. Yikes! But stayed with it, and managed to mostly keep up with your pace. These are great time-saving workouts. Thanks, Jules!
