FAST WALKING WORKOUT in 20 minutes | 20 Second Walking Intervals to Lose Weight

In 20 minutes, we'll get in a fast walking workout that will help you to get more fit, and lose weight. Walking intervals are great for burning lots of calories and shedding unwanted fat. To make the workout your own, find the right walking pace for you. If you've been active for a while, you can pick up the walking pace to a slow jog, or go full-on and run it out when I'm walking. You can change the pace so you get the best results for YOU. We'll change exercises every 20 seconds today, and our beats per minute is 140 which is the fastest pace in a workout on my channel. Change it up, according to what you need. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2354 steps.

    Thanks so much for all of these workouts! I like this one a lot! I drink ketones, do intermittent fasting, and one of your workouts almost every day. I have gotten off almost all medications and lost 90 pounds in 17 months!

    I especially liked how fast the 20 minutes went. The faster pace and quicker exercise changes made the 20 minutes feel more like 10. Thank you, Jules for offering so much variety!

    I‘m autistic with chronic pain and several other issues and it’s hard for me to exercise at all. Most „beginner“ videos on KZread are way too challenging for me and always discouraged me more than they helped me. When I found your channel I was delighted. Finally some workouts I‘m able to follow and they’re sensory friendly, thank you! =)

    This is by far, the best workout channel I have found in KZread. I have been trying to do a workout routine fir the last 2 years, but never found a workout channel that would make me stay.     Liking this one. I do the 80s music one everyday, and today this was my follow on. I often have Jules doing Mama Mia. Fabulous music, and this lady is great. I love the quote about music from Edward Elgar. He lived in the same town I live in and wrote much of his work while walking on the Malvern Hills.

    That was great! I'm 70 and it's been 8 1/2 months since my total knee replacement and I got thru your entire workout. I was actually able to speed up in spots. Now I'm full of energy and off to the gym to do my weights. Thank you. Bye the way, I love your smile, it's very encouraging!

    19, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I slept well and was not tired for a change this morning and that made the day for me. I thought I tried this one too. I was listening to Cliff Richard and got into it with much ado, dancing with the moves, after 10 minutes my energy level dropped to zero. 😆😅So, I just went to extremely soft mode. I finished it though. And this is my second one today, I did one of Sharona Hill's dancy ones too during the day to the music of Chicago musical. That was fun too, 10 minutes, so I am rather accomplished today. Good night, my dear online trainer.

    Great way to start working off the excesses of my trip to Barcelona! Walked miles but never really got my heart rate up….well except at the top of the tower of the Sagrada Familia but that was utter fear. Now got sugar flowers to make for a wedding cake which means lotsnof sitting. This will be a great quick workout I can do when I need a break. Thanks Jules.

    I really like 20 or 15 minute intervals. Why? (Going to tell you either way 😂😂) Because I have so many physical aches and pains. Shorter intervals cause less stress and make the workouts WAY more manageable. Another great workout creation by you, Jules. This was also not too much for me to move right on into one of 5 day strength workouts. Thanks again ✌️❤️

    Great workout, thank you. Personally, I find the 20 seconds easier to manage than the 30 second intervals (maybe it’s just because I am lazy 😉). Great music. ❤️

    Jules! I am a 59 and 3/4 year old male living in Winnipeg who has type 2 diabetes. As a result, I an entering (or more likely, already entered) the “danger zone” (not to be confused with the hit single by Kenny Loggins from the ‘80’s). I started doing your workouts about a month ago after taking a tour through KZread. I liked yours the best. These are not only a “life changer” for me but quite literally a “life saver”. Thanks for all you do fellow Canadian (the accent gave it away)! 👍

    Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. I have lots of younger people who work out to my beginner and intermediate level workouts. Most of my intermediate workouts are just as challenging, if not more challenging than the beginner level workouts out there. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.

    Ok this morning april 4 ❄❄❄ big snow. April nature surprise 😮 Buuut I am happy 😅 And I Said to myself that if I do this one walk at 140 bpm I will run from this snow 😂 It steel snowing verry verry strong but I feel so good after my exercices.     Loved this! It was great to keep coming back to the walking home base and “rehang” my scapulas and shoulders, particularly toward the end when a bit of fatigue starts setting in. Good increase in heart rate. Great workout. Thanks!! 🙏🏻

    I used to walk 5 days a week but with the summer heat I decided to look through the senior exercise section on YOU TUBE & found your channel. Now for the last 8 weeks I have been doing a different video everyday including weights 3 times a week. This morning I tried this workout & certainly enjoyed the faster pace 🙂 Keep up the great work, I really love all the variety in your workouts & know I will never be bored ❤

    This is a great follow up to my fave 80s music workout. It gives me nearly an hour and I love it, I have been spreading the word about you Jules, because you are fabulous,and a girl that likes her music. I can now feel my hip bones and ribs, wow. I’m pushing 76, so it’s nice to have this.
