15 Min Calorie Killer HIIT Workout
This calorie-killing HIIT workout can be done at home in just 15 minutes.
The workout consists of one circuit, made up of 8 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Do the circuit 2 times and you're done!

@@onabillchoudhury4470 you know nothing either because if you knew you would know about calorie deficit. Cardio is overrated and even though it may have many benefits it doesn't weight loss as one.

@@rockyblocks3733 it depends. Calories deficit and no workout means nothing to a guy who wants to look good. Exercise is essential, and intense training like the one that this guy posted are beneficial if combined with some way of weight training, or bodyweight training. For a fat dude, this training is a good start, and easy too.

Because they feel good by exercising.
I do these and other exercises EVERY DAY for 2 HOURS. I'm much older than you
..you'll barely burn anything in those 15 mins compared to a 30min jog lol
