@@Imleocalm for this price get a c8 corvette. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds with some test saying it’s even faster then that you can’t go wrong with a c8. Honestly I’d say the c8 is over engineered while the mk 5 was quickly put together. However you can’t go wrong with a 400z either. I still think Toyota is one of the kings of car companies because of their reliability

Has active sport suspension, rear differential..in house carbon parts that you now is a1 quality. Plus trd does wind, aero test on thier parts. So its functional and not just show pieces. If I already have a supra I'd just buy aftermarket but this is nice package.

So when are we getting a manual? I didn't buy one because i prefer a clutch pedal. i'm really enjoying the 6 speed on 2020 SS 1le and my 2005 WRX STi since they only come as manuals. My fr-s is paddle shift and it just confirms my need for a clutch pedal when i'm drifting it and i need to stop the wheel spin but i can't since i cant push in the clutch.

There's nothing better than a manual transmission. You really feel the true power of a sports car.

A couple months ago, I had a dream about my dad buying me the new supra for my birthday and hiding it under my bed. I was so confused and happy, and even after I woke up I was happy.

When are we getting the BMW M supra cs gts edition

All these comments are complaints about there not being a manual. I never learned how to drive manual because I was grew up not being in a position to learn how, and no one ever taught me. Hopefully I will get the chance to learn someday. For now, I stick with paddle shifters, which I only learned about in 2020 on my car. All of the current fast sports cars are automatic and use paddle shifters. GTR, lamborghini, porsche, and other cars I could name. I highly doubt most of the people who complain about automatic have manual cars that can beat the cars I mentioned.

I wish this wasnt limited edition

It would be amazing if Toyota offered the Supra with a manual gearbox, I know I would definitely buy one if they did.

And the collaboration is what helped make this car hit this price point that the MKIV was at launch (with inflation). Toyota no longer has a straight 6 JZ engine that they used on so many cars. If they did make a new JZ just for 1 car, we'd have haters complaining that the car is too expensive haha

I figured Toyota did it to appease those who were upset about the price (primarily due to it being a BMW) and yet still make sales for the six cylinder.
